What We Offer
Pilates
A system of exercises using special apparatus, designed to improve physical strength, flexibility and posture. The equipment includes the Reformer, Cadillac and Wunda Chair training. Pilates equipment is both safe and wonderfully versatile. The method combines stretch, core strength and a full body workout. Pilates can be done exclusively or combined in each session with our other specialties.
Pilates Mat Training
A series of exercises from within the Pilates Method designed specifically to be performed on a mat. Mat Pilates involves using body weight exercises with a strong emphasis on core stability. Mat workouts can incorporate equipment such as the magic circle and foam rollers. Pilates improves strength, flexibility, balance, and core strength.
Strength Training
This can be done in a variety of ways using both cable machines and free weights. Weight lifting focuses on improving strength and endurance. During training we utilize equipment such as the Bosu, rollers, bands, medicine balls, kettlebells and tubes. Workouts are always unique and never boring.
TRX
A form of suspension training that uses body weight exercises to simultaneously develop strength, balance, flexibility and core stability. It requires the use of the TRX Suspension Trainer, a performance training tool that leverages gravity and the user’s body weight to complete the exercises.It suits the beginner and yet has the ability to challenge the most advanced student.
Balance Training
Working on balance is a very important part of a comprehensive workout program. It includes exercises that improve agility, stability and helps to prevent falls. Balance training is important to everyone, but crucial to seniors.
